Spring Rush was a huge success with the undergrads bringing in 16 men this semester! Spring traditionally brings larger pledge classes as freshman are allowed to participate in rush.

Fall Rush was a huge success with the undergrads bringing in 7 men this semester! We've continued to emphasize the importance of keeping pledge class size to a manageable number in order to keep the overall chapter size reasonable and ensure that we are not growing beyond control !
2013 Spring Rush was extremely productive! With the new house renovations, interest in the Pi is at an all-time high! The undergraduates had their work cut out for them and delivered... we have 15 pledges this semester!
The Trust Association has been working closely with Pete Daly '80 and his work crew to get Phase I of the renovation work off the ground. With our home equity line of credit established, we have decided to go full force into the renovation work that so sorely needs to be done. You will notice in this report the stairs and porch have been completely gutted, siding removed and windows in the process of being reframed. We are also addressing some dry rot issues around the sill where the house meets the foundation. Next steps are to begin sealing the house in waterproof Tyvec sheathing and start the framing of the porch.
The Trust Association has been making good progress on raising funds for the 1st phase of the exterior renovation for the Pi Chapter house. 2012 Spring Rush had over 430 individuals register interest in joining a fraternity. To add to the pressure, two fraternities were introduced back on campus bringing the total number of organizations to 21. (Phi Delta Theta and Sigma Beta Rho were added) Given these circumstances, 15 individuals were added to the ranks of the Pi chapter as pledges. This is an outstanding class of 11 freshman and 4 sophomores.
